The fully automated Idylla™ NRAS-BRAF Mutation Assay covers 18 mutations in NRAS exons 2,3 and 4, 5 mutations in BRAF codon 600 and 2 EGFR mutations in codon 492 and showed an excellent concordance of >96% to reference methods.
